This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage the procurement of employee benefits, including transportation vouchers (vale-transporte) and meal allowances (vale-alimentação);
• Review and calculate vacation pay for employees;
• Manage the hiring and onboarding procedures;
• Evaluate and compute severance payments for employment terminations;
• Coordinate termination homologation processes when necessary;
• Update employee records to reflect changes in job titles, cost centers, departments, and salaries;
• Assist employees by addressing inquiries related to People Services processes.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and hiring/onboarding processes;
• Proficiency in calculating vacation pay and severance amounts;
• Familiarity with e-Social;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Intermediate skills in Excel;
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
• Experience with the Protheus (TOTVS) system is a plus.
• Flash card providing a meal/food allowance of R$32.00 daily, accepted at various establishments for your convenience.
