β’ Proven experience in a people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics position with significant exposure to business-facing stakeholders.
β’ An insatiably curious analytical mindset β you enjoy connecting data and uncovering insights.
β’ Proficiency in SQL: constructing complex, efficient queries is a routine aspect of your work (BigQuery, Snowflake, or comparable platforms).
β’ Strong AI skills and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance your workflow β you actively seek AI-driven solutions and use your domain expertise to guide and validate them.
β’ Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, modeling, and rapid insights generation.

β’ Experience handling people data from HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, LMS platforms, or similar.
