This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a primary, business-facing People Analytics specialist for People Team Business Partners, the People Leadership Team, and senior business executives β€” monitoring organizational health metrics and people plan goals, while remaining closely engaged with the business and its most significant workforce challenges, particularly in supporting Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

β€’ Execute and present continuous workforce analysis, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and on-demand analytics that inform and enhance business decision-making.

β€’ Spearhead data storytelling: convert intricate people data into straightforward, engaging narratives and recommendations customized for executive and leadership audiences.

β€’ Collaborate proactively with Business Partners and leaders on strategic focal points (e.g., attrition, hiring, performance, mobility, retention, organizational design), leveraging data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.

β€’ Exhibit curiosity and determination in linking data across various people systems β€” discovering trends, risks, and opportunities concerning attrition, hiring, performance, mobility, organizational health, and more.

β€’ Create swift 'v0.5' analytical solutions from the ground level, then work with the broader People Analytics team to scale and implement these solutions.

β€’ Utilize AI tools and automation in your workflow β€” from analysis and reporting to generating insights β€” while applying your expertise to guide, refine, and enhance AI outcomes.

β€’ Apply your data skills, curiosity, and People Analytics knowledge to devise scalable SQL modeling, business-oriented dashboards, automated reporting, and AI solutions.

β€’ Propel the strategic roadmap of the People Analytics function, which includes broadening reporting and analytics capabilities, establishing and refining KPIs, and leading critical projects in essential business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in a people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics position with significant exposure to business-facing stakeholders.

β€’ An insatiably curious analytical mindset β€” you enjoy connecting data and uncovering insights.

β€’ Proficiency in SQL: constructing complex, efficient queries is a routine aspect of your work (BigQuery, Snowflake, or comparable platforms).

β€’ Strong AI skills and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance your workflow β€” you actively seek AI-driven solutions and use your domain expertise to guide and validate them.

β€’ Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, modeling, and rapid insights generation.

β€’ Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker; Grafana BI is a plus) with a focus on enabling self-service analytics.

β€’ Experience handling people data from HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, LMS platforms, or similar.

β€’ Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities β€” you can convert complex data into clear, persuasive insights for non-technical audiences.

β€’ Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities; you establish trust and credibility with HR partners and business leaders.

β€’ Resilience and adaptability β€” you excel under pressure, manage competing priorities without compromising quality, and view ambiguity as a challenge rather than an obstacle.

β€’ Comfort in operating within a developing, evolving analytics function where building, iterating, and scaling are integral to the role.
