Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist – PRN, Part Time or Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Evaluates patients and creates as well as implements treatment plans based on assessment results.

• Reviews the patient's medical history and current condition to determine the necessary physical therapy interventions.

• Delivers direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and care guidelines.

• Records findings, progress, and provides instructions to patients and their caregivers.

• Takes responsibility for the patient care provided by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.

• Develops a written care plan, sets goals based on evaluation results, and creates a comprehensive program to achieve those goals.

• Executes the physical therapy treatment program and administers essential physical therapy services.

• Communicates effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance representatives.

• Ensures timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from a college accredited with an APTA curriculum.

• Preferred one or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience in a private clinic or hospital.

• Must be currently registered and licensed in the state of Nevada and hold CPR certification.

• Possess an outgoing and energetic personality.

• Experience in exercise and manual therapy skills, including McKenzie techniques and sports rehabilitation.
