This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Design, develop, and implement applications utilizing the Pega Platform in accordance with business needs.

• Configure and oversee case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, and data models.

• Create and maintain integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP services, APIs, and messaging frameworks.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct unit testing, assist with integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Diagnose issues, perform debugging, and enhance application performance.

• Adhere to Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrails.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Assist in deployment and post-production tasks.

• At least 4 years of experience with Pega (PRPC / Pega Infinity).

• Strong expertise in:

• Case Management

• Business Process Flows

• Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees)

• Data Pages and Data Transforms

• Practical experience with Pega Dev Studio / App Studio.

• Experience in system integration (REST, SOAP, APIs).

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
