This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Manage daily payables associated with loan settlement and disbursement activities across Wisr products.
• Address settlement-related challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and precision, including the investigation and reprocessing of failed or rejected payments.
• Handle daily receivables tasks, such as clearing and allocating funds, overseeing arrears positions, and addressing dishonoured payments.
• Collaborate with partners to investigate and allocate unassigned funds, aiming to minimize the daily spot balance.
• Process weekly payables for WisrApp Roundups and monthly payables for aggregator commissions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting and educating clients on these processes and intricate loan servicing-related inquiries and complaints.
• Document and supply requested information for Secured Vehicle Loans insurance-related claims.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues, as well as customer complaints.
• Proactively identify gaps in processes and knowledge, working to address them as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with fundamental payment principles.
• Knowledge of the Australian banking and payments landscape.
• Ability to follow processes with support.
• Capability to adhere to processes with limited support, propose improvements, and transition between tasks independently without needing direction.
• Ability to identify and flag risks.
• Understanding of operational risk principles, with the ability to flag risks and comply with the escalation policy.
• Attuned listening skills, attention to detail, genuine care, empathy, and understanding of various stakeholders and customers at different stages of the product life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for seeking solutions to challenges.
