Patient Recruiter – Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• As the initial point of contact for prospective study participants, you will play a crucial role.

• Your daily responsibilities will include contacting and pre-screening patients from our database and referral lists, guiding them through the study fundamentals in straightforward language, verifying their eligibility against inclusion/exclusion criteria, scheduling screening appointments with our coordinator, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment logs.

• You will collaborate closely with our study coordinator and provide weekly reports on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and scheduling updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical background is highly preferred — nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health education (a degree or clinical experience from any country is acceptable).

• Proficient spoken and written English is essential; you should be comfortable making outbound calls to patients in the US.

• Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a significant advantage.

• You should be organized and self-motivated, as you will be responsible for managing your own call lists and follow-ups.

• An understanding of patient privacy is important; you will complete HIPAA and GCP training with us.

• Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace are required; availability for at least [4] hours overlapping with US Central Time (Chicago) is necessary.
