This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the scheduling of the client's hygiene department to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reach out to patients to arrange dental procedures with hygienists and doctors.
• Assist in maintaining a full and smoothly operating schedule for the hygiene department.
• Ensure that the costs for patients are discussed and agreed upon prior to appointments.
• Confirm appointments promptly and maintain a consistently full schedule.
• Follow up with patients to make sure treatment plans are completed.
• Address patient inquiries concerning their treatment.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to obtain comprehensive information on benefits and eligibility.
• Reactivate patients who need to return to finalize their treatment.
• Work in conjunction with Accounts and Insurance when providing patients with cost estimates.
• Respond quickly to any unforeseen changes in patient schedules.
• Assist patients with pre-medications or any medications as instructed by the doctor.
• Keep detailed notes and records of all interactions with patients.
• Partner with the back office to schedule patients awaiting cases from the Dental Lab.
• Dental education with a minimum of 1 year of experience in patient scheduling, patient management, and/or dentistry.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, treatments, and the ability to explain them to patients.
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is an advantage.
• Exceptional phone communication skills and the capability to manage extended phone interactions.
• Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
• Responsible, ethical, and professional in patient interactions.
• Highly organized with a focus on minute details.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
