This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Interpret and procure parts as requested by technicians and internal departments.
• Place orders for parts with accuracy and efficiency to fulfill operational needs.
• Address phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Service Department by supplying required parts promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse teams.
• Support internal business requirements as necessary.
• Unpack stock orders and ensure a clean, organized parts department.
• Receive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveries.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain precise inventory and stock records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• At least 1 year of experience in automotive dealership parts sales and interpretation.
• Experience working within a dealership parts department environment.
• Familiarity with automotive parts identification and ordering processes.
• Strong work ethic combined with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to consistently follow established processes and procedures.
• Professional appearance and dedication to producing quality work.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using ERA Systems.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Equipment is self-provided with specifications outlined in the job description.
