This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• You will be accountable for the technical aspects of the sales process, identifying customer requirements, and positioning our products to fulfill those needs.
• Leverage your experience and expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers through presentations, demonstrations, and successful proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and provide recommendations to potential clients and existing customers.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with current customers via Quarterly Technical Reviews.
• Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals/Information.
• Represent BeyondTrust at trade shows, seminars, and various company events.
• Utilize common Sales & Marketing tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, etc.
• Support technical assessments of our products by developing Proof-of-Concept Success Plans.
• Provide assistance to BeyondTrust Partners.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of BeyondTrust products and the cybersecurity industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Information Systems) or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in privileged access management or a related enterprise application such as IAM, SIEM, ITDR, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience with global software vendors.
• Capability to highlight product differentiators in comparison to competitors.
• Prior experience in presenting security products at trade shows and security conferences.
• Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, etc.
• Experience working with the cybersecurity partner ecosystem in ANZ.
• Availability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficient understanding of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments.
