This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Facilitate the effective onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of technical resources from partners;
• Engage in regular joint business planning and review meetings to ensure alignment between Datadog and partner technical teams;
• Work collaboratively to support partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and provide assessments, advice, and coaching on leading practices;
• Represent partner technical concerns (such as use cases, feature requests, support issues, etc.) to Datadog's internal teams and personnel, assisting in their resolution;
• Regularly analyze and comprehend partner service offerings, providing suggestions to enhance the value of these services through improved adoption of Datadog features and capabilities;
• Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities;
• Continuously curate and develop leading/best practices for successful adoption of the Datadog platform.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations;
• Proven track record and an enduring enthusiasm for learning; ideal candidates typically possess 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role;
• A self-motivated, tech-savvy professional with solid business insight; ability to convey Datadog's value from server room to boardroom;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Desired hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
• Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, or Dynatrace;
• Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba;
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry;
• Dev/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go;
• Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef;
• CI / CD: Jenkins, Gitlab;
• Bonus Points:
• Previous experience in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers, etc.);
• Experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM);
• Familiarity with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
