Partner Solution Architect – Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan, taking charge within the new economy sector, ensuring the attainment of key business metrics at the solution level, and improving the success rate of Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives by account teams.

• Accountable for gathering market insights regarding global new economy verticals (such as gaming, e-commerce, financial technology, SaaS, etc.), possessing a thorough understanding of the industry's business scenarios, identifying market trends, and data technology advancements, while developing and executing scenario-based industry solutions to find product entry points across various sectors, ensuring the protection of products, solutions, and collaborative ecosystems.

• Provide guidance to customers on architectures, patterns, and strategies for optimizing their use of TiDB, utilizing efficient tools and engaging user experiences.

• As a technical authority, have a deep understanding of emerging trends in data technology, investigate the latest data technology stacks and products, and produce high-quality technical content and solutions.

• Build industry credibility by organizing technology-sharing sessions both internally and externally, promoting distributed database technology, industry data architecture, and best practice solutions.

• Exhibit a profound understanding of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with clients, particularly large accounts and leading architecture teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a Master’s degree in at least one database or big data technology stack and product, supported by in-depth research and relevant content production in this area; possess a broad perspective on data technology and familiarity with mainstream data products, including RDMS, distributed systems, and cloud-native data technologies.

• Hold diverse expertise in industry business and technology, with a thorough comprehension of industry scenarios and SaaS knowledge in both business models and data architecture.

• Skilled in scenario abstraction and aligning with data architecture, with a proven history of industry influence through internal and external presentations, evangelizing, and empowering field teams by proactively exploring data architecture needs and guiding solution design.

• Established expertise in selling databases and deploying applications with major cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.

• Exceptional communication and program presentation skills that enable proactive exploration of customer data architecture needs, guiding solution design, and facilitating the execution of business initiatives.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning in the fields of databases, cloud computing, big data, and other emerging technologies.

• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is mandatory.
