Part-Time Temporary FRPP Fellow – College of Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Review and assess legal documents and instruments primarily associated with easements within the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United States Department of Agriculture.

• Record findings in EXCEL and various other reporting formats.

• Assist in the creation of periodic reports detailing the Clinic’s activities related to the FRPP program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• At least five (5) years of prior experience in a real estate office is preferred.

• Any equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience will be taken into account.
