Part-time Telehealth Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy via a secure telehealth platform, offering essential support to clients dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Implement and advocate for trauma-informed treatment by utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in the creation of the patient’s treatment plan and expected outcomes in collaboration with the treatment team.

• Deliver direct therapeutic services, which may include individual, group, and/or family therapy, tailored to the patient's specific requirements.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of the patient’s progress in treatment and adjust the treatment plan based on the patient's evolving needs.

• Accurately complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

• Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources related to the patient caseload.

• Offer crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies through virtual care.

• Possess knowledge of healthcare professional monitoring and board regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.

• Experience working in outpatient/inpatient environments with dual diagnosis and substance use disorder (SUD) patients.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

• A strong commitment to eliminating barriers to care and enhancing virtual behavioral health treatment.

• Successfully pass a PA Criminal Background Check.

• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.

• Successfully pass a Drug Screen.

• Complete a 2-Step TB Test.

• Acquire CPR/First Aid Certification.
