Part-Time Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute treatment plans.

• Ensure continuous management of treatment, guaranteeing that patients receive the necessary medications and supportive therapies.

• Track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Keep precise and up-to-date electronic health records in accordance with NorthStar Care protocols and standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings to review patient care and treatment protocols.

• Stay available for consultation and support through telehealth and various communication channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Active medical license in good standing and current DEA certification.

• Previous experience in addiction medicine or psychiatry is preferred.

• Capability to work efficiently in a remote setting and utilize telehealth technology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients.

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
