Part-Time Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, with the flexibility to also work with members experiencing substance use disorders when necessary.

• Ensure clear and prompt clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as required and contribute to a nurturing, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Oregon licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate, along with your state of residence’s license if it is not Oregon. All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Have experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Exhibit strong communication and clinical capabilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed methodology.

• Be proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.

• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and ensure reliable internet connectivity.
