
Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• As a Seven Starling Therapist, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care via teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys.
• This is a part-time, exempt position with a salary, averaging approximately 25-29 hours per week, which includes 20-21 hours of direct patient care along with administrative time, and allows for flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
• You will be available to work during standard business hours from 8am to 8pm, ensuring that at least 20% of your appointments are scheduled after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays, totaling 21 completed client appointments per week.
• Engage in clinical consultations both individually and in groups, and participate in our monthly clinical team meetings.
• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model by employing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in an environment rich in feedback.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that align with your interests.
• Must be independently licensed in Washington DC (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is required, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care is essential.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and telehealth best practices is necessary.
• A commitment to a collaborative team model that emphasizes shared consultation and continuous learning is expected.
