Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• As a Therapist at Seven Starling, you will offer empathetic, evidence-based support through teletherapy to women experiencing various stages of their reproductive journeys.

• This role is part-time, exempt, and salaried:

• Schedule Expectations:

• Total availability: 29 hours per week

• Actual patient load: Approximately 20-21 patients weekly, ensuring at least 4-5 appointments are available in the afternoon/evening.

• The difference in numbers accounts for no-shows, cancellations, and allocated administrative time.

• Must be available during standard business hours: 8am-8pm, with a minimum of 20% of appointments (around 5) scheduled after 4pm on weekdays.

• Engage in both individual and group clinical consultations, as well as attend our monthly clinical team meetings.

• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based strategies).

• Develop and uphold high-quality documentation and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in an environment rich in feedback.

• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that align with your personal interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in **FL** (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).

• **Residency and licensure in Florida are mandatory, with preference for candidates who possess at least two additional licenses.**

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is required, ideally in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.

• High comfort level and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and telehealth best practices.

• Commitment to a collaborative team model emphasizing shared consultation and ongoing learning.
