This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist a U.S. Government initiative aimed at enhancing the capabilities of partner nations by developing sustainable military intelligence skills through advisory services, training, and building institutional capacity.
• Active Top Secret clearance with current eligibility for SCI access.
• Proven experience in producing finalized intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, particularly in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
• Background in a senior leadership role supporting intelligence operations, training, or education, such as GS/GG-12 or above civilian; Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8/E-9); mid-grade military officer or higher; or equivalent leadership experience as a government contractor.
• Experience in creating both individual and collective military intelligence training programs.
• Proven track record in training intelligence professionals in areas such as intelligence planning and operations; intelligence strategy, policy, or doctrine; instructional design; project management methodologies; or both in-person and virtual facilitation techniques.
• Experience in drafting strategic intelligence documents pertaining to intelligence concepts, doctrine, defense policy, or strategy formulation.
• Demonstrated capability to adapt U.S. and NATO intelligence principles, methodologies, and best practices into effective instructional materials for foreign military audiences.
• Solid understanding of U.S. and NATO joint and service military intelligence doctrine, with the ability to convey intelligence principles and practices to personnel from partner nations.
• Experience in advising or mentoring military or governmental intelligence organizations.
• Background in supporting various military intelligence disciplines, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), or Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and within the continental United States as necessary.
• Experience in supporting intelligence advisory roles within the United States CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) in select partner nations as part of a U.S. Government advisory initiative.
• Non-travel months: Approximately 30–50 hours per month.
• Travel months: Approximately 80–90 hours per month.
• Initial travel expected in September 2026.
• Anticipated Start: Immediate.
