This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional relevant channels.
• Enhance campaigns focusing on metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct daily monitoring of KPIs to identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop and execute audience targeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing strategies across the complete sales funnel.
• Partner with content, creative, and performance teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Experiment with and assess various creatives, copy versions, formats, and placements.
• Generate reports that provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Keep abreast of trends, emerging tools, and market developments in paid media and growth.
• Demonstrated experience in paid traffic/performance marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, CRMs, and RD Station.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel, customer journey, and online consumer behavior.
• Highly organized, proactive, fast-paced, and entirely results-oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience in the real estate sector, particularly with campaigns for property developments (preferred).
• Capability to create strategic briefs for designers and copywriters (preferred).
• Familiarity with RD Station, Shopify, and other automation/e-commerce platforms (preferred).
• Google and Meta certifications (preferred).
• 100% Remote (Home Office).
