PA Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Leverage our state-of-the-art collaboration portal to engage with students, offering them the necessary support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to maintain continuity of care.

• Work in partnership with our administrative support team to improve overall student care, from initial outreach to resource delivery.

• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient situations to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop expertise in our distinctive care model, enabling effective support for college students while continuously enhancing your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Pennsylvania. Holding multi-state licensure is a plus, as we operate across all 50 states.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Proficient in integrating conceptual insights with suitable treatment plans.

• Experienced in treating a diverse range of students with empathy and respect.

• Able to identify and manage escalating risk situations effectively.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy.
