Outpatient Therapist, LCSW / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Lead organized group therapy sessions in a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) format (60-minute sessions)

• Perform thorough initial assessments and create treatment plans

• Provide care for individuals with conditions such as OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams, including psychiatry, case management, and support personnel

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and uphold clinical records

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC

• Current Wisconsin LCSW or LPC license is mandatory (Minnesota licensure will be required in the future)

• Availability for 40 hours per week during CST hours

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in facilitating group therapy

• Background in treating mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, and similar conditions is essential

• Experience with telehealth services is preferred

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
