OT Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in multiple customer projects across various stages of development.

• Create and implement security architectures for renewable energy power facilities.

• Define security requirements while ensuring compliance with international and regional security standards and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443, NIS 2).

• Conduct threat and risk assessments, establishing countermeasures at the system level.

• Provide guidance to technical departments regarding secure system integration.

• Support customer projects from initial concept through to implementation.

• Assess and choose appropriate security technologies and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in operational technology (OT) or industrial control systems (ICS) security.

• Extensive knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).

• Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).

• Profound knowledge of network architecture and segmentation.

• Experience in security architecture and governance.

• Proficient in developing threat models and conducting risk analyses.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
