This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Analyze regulatory, standard, and customer requirements to derive cybersecurity needs and ensure compliance through traceability.
• Participate in establishing the foundational concept for cybersecurity requirements and coordinate with impacted teams.
• Implement defined cybersecurity processes and activities through training and close collaboration with developers.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Specify, review, analyze, and trace cybersecurity requirements effectively.
• Support the development and alignment of a comprehensive cybersecurity requirements-engineering concept and put it into practice.
• Collaborate with and educate various departments to facilitate cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Lead the implementation and training of cybersecurity processes and activities throughout the organization.
• Meet the requirements set forth by pertinent regulations, standards, and best practices, including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA.
• Provide training to the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with substantial professional experience in OT or product security.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity requirements engineering within OT or product security.
• Proficient in using requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and providing training on processes within an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001.
• Strong capability to tackle new challenges and drive effective solutions.
• Ability to continuously and sustainably advance initiatives.
• Fluent in German and English, demonstrating strong initiative and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management.
