Organizational Performance Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of organizational climate and culture utilizing quantitative techniques to pinpoint key drivers and obstacles to performance.

• Design and oversee performance appraisal cycles, ensuring that individual and team objectives are closely aligned with the company's strategic and financial goals.

• Establish, track, and assess a comprehensive set of HR KPIs (e.g., productivity per employee, goal completion rate, eNPS, high-performer turnover), converting data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Serve as an internal advisor to business leaders, leveraging data to guide decisions regarding organizational structure, succession planning, and the development of essential business capabilities.

• Analyze and redesign people management processes, implementing efficiency principles (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and scalability of operations.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with business leaders, challenging existing norms and influencing strategic talent decisions that have a direct impact on the organization’s P&L.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.

• At least 3 years of experience in organizational development, management consulting, performance management, or as an HR Business Partner in high-performance settings.

• Fluent in English (essential for communication with international teams and reporting).

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong business and financial insight, with the capability to link HR initiatives to quantifiable outcomes.
