• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and optimization of fusion middleware and WebLogic environments, including upgrades to the Fusion infrastructure.
• Engage in problem management, which encompasses problem identification, management, and resolution.
• Execute migrations by transferring code between testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and production environments.
• Configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) for fusion middleware and related products such as Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), E-Business Suite (EBS), and Grid (also known as Cloud Control).
• Optimize fusion middleware products, including Grid, Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Access Manager (OAM)/SSO, Oracle Identity Management (OIM), and EBS. Establish standards, tuning metrics, and alert thresholds.
• Assess proposed changes and conduct testing within a test and QA environment.
• Create documentation for fusion middleware that outlines the current configurations of various products including Grid, OID, OAM/SSO, OIM, and EBS.
• Develop Best Practices.
• Possess an understanding of High Availability Architecture and disaster recovery concepts and configurations.
• Conduct database backup and recovery procedures.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of recent experience with Oracle Identity Management/Governance (OAM, OIM), Oracle Identity Self Service, Oracle Internet Directory, and Oracle Cloud Control, along with familiarity with related technologies, particularly Java (JDeveloper, J2EE, Apache).
• At least 5 years of experience providing support as an Oracle Database Administrator.
• Candidates should be experienced in installing WebLogic/Fusion versions 11g, 12C, and 14C.
• Proficiency in WLST scripting is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of configurations for versions 11g, 12C, and 14C.
• Experience configuring WebLogic behind web servers such as Apache, IIS, and Tomcat.
• Familiarity with EMCC 24AI and 13.x on WebLogic versions 12C and 14C.
• Functional knowledge of UNIX shell scripting is essential.
• Combined experience as a Database Administrator is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly both verbally and in writing.
