Oracle Cloud ERP Architect – PPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, including Project Costing, Billing, Grants, and Resource Management.

• Manage transformation initiatives that are aligned with ERP Cloud implementations across multiple tracks.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions.

• Enhance the PPM practice by creating accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality output, thorough documentation, and compliance with Highstreet implementation frameworks.

• Promote process standardization, automation, and the adoption of best practices throughout PPM programs.

• Build and lead high-performing delivery teams by nurturing internal talent and guiding project teams.

• Work collaboratively with sales and leadership teams on pre-sales initiatives, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

• Contribute to the growth of the practice through the development of solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Oracle PPM (Cloud experience preferred).

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and Resource Management.

• Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, along with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Proven ability in team-building and mentoring.
