• Configure and oversee Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management, as well as Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Provide support for Oracle Health/Cerner environments, including Cerner Millennium configuration, MPages development, and assistance with regulatory reporting.
• Develop and manage security configurations, roles, approval hierarchies, and data access controls within Oracle Cloud.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Implement configuration changes through Oracle Cloud sandbox and deployment processes.
• Assist with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, focusing on feature analysis, regression testing, and adoption planning.
• Oversee integrations and data migration tasks using HCM Data Loader, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar integration tools.
• Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to convert operational requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues, user support requests, and system performance challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration workbooks, test scripts, process flows, and training materials.
• Assist with implementation, enhancement, and post-production optimization efforts.
• Over 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications and/or Cerner administration.
• Possession of Oracle Cloud certification (ERP, HCM, SCM, or a related field) and/or Cerner system administration certification.
• Proven experience in supporting Oracle Cloud or Cerner implementation, upgrade, or optimization initiatives.
• Extensive experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Cerner reporting tools.
• Understanding of enterprise business processes (finance, HR, procurement, supply chain) and/or healthcare clinical workflows.
• Experience in supporting integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Health Informatics, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
