Operational Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer inventory support and account balancing assistance to Field operations

• Conduct inventory and account reconciliation activities

• Communicate findings to various levels within the organization

• Execute operational and compliance audits

• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies

• Identify and document weaknesses in controls

• Plan, coordinate, and/or carry out risk-based audits utilizing company-specific platforms

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with field leadership teams

• Provide valuable remediation for any identified deficiencies

• Implement a comprehensive audit plan that includes audits and remediation efforts

• Travel over 90% of the time annually

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proficient report writing skills

• Willingness and capability to travel more than 90% of the time annually

• Competence in conducting risk-based operational and compliance audits

• Understanding of internal controls and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies

• Proficient in using company-specific audit platforms
