Online Healthcare Administration Adjunct Faculty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct students in the undergraduate Healthcare Administration program.

• Deliver practical, hands-on teaching methods.

• Assist busy adult learners by being accessible during evenings and weekends.

• Utilize industry experience to help students meet their learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• A Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration is preferred.

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field is required.

• Industry experience must be obtained within the last 5 years.

• Maintain the highest levels of integrity at all times.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport with students through strong interpersonal skills, including approachability and empathy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to operate effectively in a 5-week accelerated course format.

• Comfortable serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting software or technical issues for students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Responsible for providing your own Windows-based computer and webcam.

• Your computer system must meet the minimum requirements set by ECPI University.

• Required to conduct one live session each week and hold one live office hour weekly via Zoom.
