
Online Adjunct Professor – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and prepare the assigned course(s) in Blackboard, incorporating all necessary components.
• Deliver approximately 12-14 hours of instruction weekly spread across five days.
• Lead discussions, manage grading, respond to emails, and engage in student retention initiatives.
• Address all student inquiries within a 48-hour timeframe.
• Promote high-quality discussions and ensure a minimum level of participation from students.
• Contribute to discussions early in the week to showcase engagement.
• Update the grade book on a weekly basis and ensure timely feedback on submissions.
• Employ retention strategies and evaluate students who may be at risk.
• A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Certification as an Online Marketing Certified Associate or Professional (OMCA or OMCP).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in online teaching within higher education is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology for providing feedback and engaging students is preferred.
• Current resume/CV.
• Unofficial transcripts for PhD (if applicable), Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees.
• At least 3 professional references.
