📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning atmosphere by offering guidance and resources within a pre-developed online course.

• Deliver instruction, feedback, and experiential, application-based learning.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to students within designated timeframes and proactively reach out to those needing additional support.

• Understand student needs comprehensively and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Promote participation, collaboration, and foster strong faculty-student relationships.

• Stay up-to-date in the field of expertise and share pertinent experiences and additional materials.

• Simplify complex topics for better accessibility.

• Assess student work and provide personalized, constructive feedback within established timeframes.

• Encourage active engagement in online discussions while cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and respectful environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Finance.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in insurance planning.

• Certified Financial Planner certification is required.
