Ongoing Analyst – CyberArk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the full lifecycle of IAM system implementations (Requirements, Development/Configuration, Testing, Acceptance/UAT, and Support).

• Tailor integrations between systems (APIs, JSON, XML, Swagger, etc.).

• Create scripts (Java, Python, etc.) for customization of solutions.

• Develop and maintain current technical documentation (blueprints, operational procedures).

• Assist with tool upgrades and updates.

• Track the status and progress of support ticket resolutions.

• Guarantee service delivery within the defined SLA.

• Escalate significant incidents to the appropriate levels.

• Keep clients updated on the status and progress of support efforts.

• Regularly explore new technologies and improvement methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Operating systems: Foundational knowledge of microcomputing, including Linux and Windows Server, networking, and security.

• Java: Capability to understand, develop, and modify Java code.

• Linux: Familiarity with and ability to execute basic Linux server commands.

• LDAP: Understanding of LDAP protocols.

• JDBC: Proficiency with SQL Server databases.

• Currently enrolled in or have graduated from a higher education program (Bachelor's/Technologist) in a Technology-related discipline.

• Basic understanding of identity management concepts.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.
