Oil & Gas (O&G) Contract Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Composing letters and meeting minutes related to contracts associated with Projects;

• Tracking and resolving outstanding items noted in project follow-up meetings;

• Creating and updating spreadsheets pertaining to the administrative oversight of contracts related to Projects;

• Overseeing Project Change Requests (SMP);

• Keeping track of measurement documentation, payments, local content, and order and contract balances through the SAP system;

• Writing reports and presentations connected to Projects;

• Preparing IDFs – Supplier Performance Indices;

• Organizing the filing of contractual documents in both physical and electronic formats, adhering to corporate guidelines;

• Monitoring RDOs (Daily Occurrence Records) for contracts linked to Projects;

• Supervising management and engineering Document Lists for contracts associated with Projects;

• Overseeing reviews of technical documents for both basic and detailed/executive design, generating tracking spreadsheets and monthly reports;

• Consolidating information on Scope, Schedule, Cost, QSMS (Quality, Safety, Environment and Health), Risks, Procurement, and Histogram;

• Monitoring the physical progress of contracts tied to Projects;

• Producing weekly status reports (approvals, revisions, outstanding items, etc.) on technical documentation within corporate document control systems;

• Generating monthly status reports (approvals, revisions, outstanding items, etc.) on technical documentation in corporate document control systems;

• Tracking Projects' Local Content indicators; completing relevant information and documents and registering certificates in the corporate system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel;

• Proficient in Power BI;

• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA;

• Intermediate proficiency in English;

• Background in Project Management;

• Experience in an engineering company.
