Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial and continuous assessments.

• Create a tailored Treatment Plan for each patient based on initial and ongoing assessments.

• Record patient progress in accordance with authorized medical documentation and facility protocols.

• Assess mobility, strength, and the current functional level of patients while establishing goals for improvement in these areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to align patient needs with home treatment strategies.

• Extensive experience implementing a variety of occupational therapy techniques through telemedicine.

• Previous experience in oncology or palliative care settings.

• Proficiency in guiding and overseeing treatments administered by aides, technicians, and assistants.

• At least 5+ years of experience delivering occupational therapy to patients, along with knowledge of telemedicine practices.

• Valid licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist; (state licenses will be reimbursed).

• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality requirements.
