• Conduct independent reviews of medical documentation and perform functional capacity evaluations.

• Identify and refer complex multi-system cases to a physician reviewer when necessary.
• Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Hold a Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Possess an active unrestricted license in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• National certification in a relevant area is mandatory.
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in reviewing medical records, conducting functional assessments, or managing chronic diseases is essential.
• Capability to assess if medical documentation substantiates claimed limitations.
• Familiarity with occupational health, disability reviews, functional limitations, or federal workplace accommodation processes is preferred.
