Notary Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform RON closings, focusing mainly on HELOC loan packages, along with various other real estate and loan package types as assigned.

• Confirm signer identity and assess packages for completeness prior to and during the signing process.

• Evaluate each package for thoroughness before and during signing — identify missing fields, incorrect entries, or absent signers to prevent the need for re-signing.

• Maintain a consistent and high daily signing rate.

• Address unresolved package issues following established procedures.

• Complete training specific to each package.

⛳️ Requirements

• NNA Certified Signing Agent.

• Active RON certification and a notary in good standing.

• Proven experience in closing loan signings, preferably with HELOC or other residential mortgage products.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.
