Node.js Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develops system architecture

• Influences the evolution of software development standards across the organization

• Collaborates with clients (travel may be required)

• Works alongside the development team

• Provides guidance and shares knowledge with others

• Engages in sales activities — supports the Presales team and Account Managers in delivery

• Creates software using Generative AI tools and techniques

• Facilitates the adoption of AI tools within the team and process

• Considers AI capabilities when designing architecture and making technological decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT field

• At least 1 year in an architect role

• Strong knowledge related to application and system architecture

• Broad expertise in **Node.js**

• Experience with **AWS and/or Azure cloud services**

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript; familiarity with .NET and/or Java is an advantage

• High level of **business awareness**

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Proficiency in **English at a minimum B2 level**

• Willingness to travel for business and client engagements

• Regularly utilizes at least one AI tool in development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)

• Open to an AI-assisted software development process

• Not afraid of challenges; responsibility and independence are second nature to you.

• **Nice to have:**

• Ability to build prompts and consciously use LLM in analysis, design, and code review

• Experience integrating LLM models with backend applications (e.g., through OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)

• Familiarity with more than one AI-assisted development tool and ability to compare their applications.
