This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You employ the social-scientific approach of media content analysis in practice, focusing on text analysis.
• You independently code media items from various sources including print, online, radio, TV, and social media, analyzing them in a systematic manner.
• You craft summaries, particularly for social media content.
• You assist in automating analysis processes such as coding and data preparation.
• You play a role in both quantitative and qualitative media analyses within the Insights team.
• You help with data evaluation, design graphics, and write analytical texts as appropriate and if interested.
• Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in fields such as social sciences, media, data, business, or related areas.
• A keen interest in media analysis, data-related tasks, and analytical inquiries.
• A desire to learn new tools, technologies, or processes.
• An independent and structured working style with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Confident in using common tools such as Mac, G Suite, and Slack.
• Advantageous: initial experience with AI tools, automation, or data-centric tasks (e.g., Excel, AI tools).
