New Customer Onboarding Analyst – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Customer training and enablement:

• - Facilitate extensive training sessions on the platform to ensure customers fully comprehend all features of the contracted product;

• - Develop training materials, agendas, and resources essential for onboarding sessions;

• - Guide customers on best practices and assist them in becoming acquainted with the platform’s workflows and processes.

• - Management and execution of implementation schedules:

• - Strategically plan, organize, and oversee each customer's implementation timeline to ensure adherence to deadlines;

• - Act as the primary liaison between the customer, sales, and internal teams to guarantee the agreed scope is delivered;

• - Monitor potential risks, align expectations, and ensure all critical implementation milestones are successfully achieved.

• - Follow-up with new customer portfolios (60–90 days):

• - Oversee the portfolio of customers in their initial phase, conducting regular follow-ups and check-in meetings;

• - Monitor success indicators to ensure engagement, adoption, and continuous use of the platform;

• - Identify challenges, offer solutions, and ensure the customer reaches desired outcomes during the ramp-up period;

• - Work towards securing ongoing usage and facilitate a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with SaaS platforms;

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of delivering presentations and leading meetings;

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously;

• Analytical and consultative approach to understand customer needs and make informed decisions;

• Proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused;

• Curious and eager to learn;

• Open to feedback.
