Network & Security Consultant, L2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide support for LAN, WAN (including SD-WAN), and Wi-Fi infrastructure for the client.

• Collect customer requirements and produce High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and Run Book documentation in accordance with customer standards.

• Work in collaboration with deployment teams.

• Emphasize solution gathering and design, offering minimal support during actual migrations and occasional assistance with service or topology adjustments.

• Aid in the routing migration project transitioning all customer locations from Zscaler to Palo Alto.

• Become a part of an existing team of 15 members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent expertise.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.

• Basic proficiency in Cisco CLI commands.

• Familiarity with OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, and STP network protocols.

• Capability to execute basic-to-intermediate network configuration, fault identification, and hardware diagnostics.

• Strong spoken and written English skills for technical documentation and interactions with customers and team members.

• Detail-oriented, precise, and able to work independently.

• Team-oriented with exceptional customer-facing communication skills.

• Commitment to advancing and obtaining additional certifications, such as CCNP.
