• Oversee daily NetSuite administration as a member of the support team, addressing ERP support requests via Jira Service Management, which includes monitoring system performance, issue triage, and continual platform optimization across all programs.
• Administer user setup, roles, permissions, and security access as part of the support team, ensuring the uniform application of role-based access controls and adherence to best practice governance standards.
• Configure and customize NetSuite (including fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, reminders, and reports) to align with business requirements and provide real-time visibility across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with third-party partners or NetSuite support when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting NetSuite within a production environment, encompassing daily administration and user support.
• Proficiency in managing NetSuite user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security and governance best practices.
• Practical ability to configure and customize NetSuite to fulfill business requirements, including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience assisting business users with NetSuite queries, incidents, and service requests, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Desirable:
• Experience in supporting HRIS platforms, fleet management systems, or comparable enterprise tools.
• Background in supporting multiple programs or subsidiaries within a shared ERP environment.
• Familiarity with documenting support procedures, knowledge articles, or configuration decisions.
• Experience in a non-profit or complex, multi-country operational setting.
• Experience in supporting or administering finance systems such as Payhawk (expense management and corporate cards), Adaptive Planning (FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting), and Solution7 or similar financial reporting and consolidation tools.
