Negotiations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from commercial consultants

• Review and interpret contracts

• Maintain and update information in spreadsheets and internal databases

• Assist with negotiation tools

• Validate commercial data and information

• Provide guidance to consultants on commercial terms, modifications, and negotiations

• Create summaries and provide insights based on current contracts and negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Preference for candidates with ongoing or completed higher education

• Prior experience in customer service, back office roles, contract analysis, or commercial support

• Proficient with systems and technology

• Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel

• Excellent writing and communication abilities

• Organized, detail-oriented, and possesses an analytical mindset.
