This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual therapy that is meaningful and high-quality, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Leverage our state-of-the-art collaboration platform to engage with students, delivering the essential support they require.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Keep timely and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions to promote continuity of care.

• Work in partnership with our administrative support team to enhance student care from the initial outreach through resource allocation.

• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient situations to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Develop expertise in our distinctive care model, allowing you to effectively assist college students while continuously honing your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in North Carolina. Multi-state licensure is a plus, as we provide services across all 50 states.

• Capable of performing comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Ability to merge conceptual understanding with suitable treatment strategies.

• Proficient in treating a diverse range of students with empathy and respect.

• Skilled at identifying and addressing escalating risk situations effectively.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to conduct virtual therapy sessions.
