This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Establish and manage the daily relationship with Sephora US, serving as the primary contact for commercial, category, marketing, and operational discussions.
• Oversee the execution of Sephora US launches from beginning to end, which includes assortment planning, launch timelines, promotional strategies, and in-store activations.
• Enhance sell-out performance through data analysis, door-level assessments, and rapid action plans in collaboration with Sephora.
• Take charge of sell-in and sell-through analyses, forecasting, inventory planning, and conducting business reviews.
• Define Yepoda’s retail operating model in the US, encompassing planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams based in Berlin to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and category advancements to pinpoint growth opportunities in the US.
• Serve as Yepoda's inaugural commercial representative on the ground in the US.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in national account management, key account management, trade marketing, or retail partnerships within the beauty, skincare, or consumer brands sectors.
• Direct experience with Sephora US, ideally involving a brand launch or new brand entry within the past 3 years.
• Experience in a scaling, challenger, or emerging brand setting, contributing to the development of processes, playbooks, or operational frameworks from the ground up.
• Practical experience with sell-out data, door-level execution, promotional planning, and forecasting.
• A robust commercial and analytical mindset aimed at growing Sephora accounts through sell-in and sell-out strategies.
• Experience working collaboratively across marketing, category, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to operate independently on-site while building trust remotely with a headquarters team across different time zones.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without any current or future visa sponsorship.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in key account management, national account management, senior account management, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
• Direct experience in commercial or trade marketing within the beauty, skincare, or premium selective retail domains.
• Previous experience working with Sephora on an account basis.
