N1 Support Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems remotely, including Linx, Bling, and others.

• Provide remote technical assistance to identify and resolve issues.

• Engage with customers through digital channels, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

• Document and track technical support tickets while maintaining organized records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical support, particularly with POS systems.

• Familiarity with systems such as Linx, Bling, and similar platforms.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for providing remote customer support.

• Ability to be proactive, organized, and work independently.

• Adequate infrastructure for remote work (computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace).

• Preferred: basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
