Multi-Family Acquisitions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial analysis and real estate underwriting for prospective investment opportunities.

• Aid in the examination of offering memoranda and other seller-supplied documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Execute thorough and pertinent market research and analysis to be included in presentations that support real estate investment decisions.

• Develop high-quality slide presentations.

• Support property-level due diligence activities, such as lease review/abstraction, rent roll assessment, loan document examination, and coordinating title, survey, and third-party reports.

• Carry out market-level due diligence, which encompasses sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends.

• Organize and manage the acquisitions pipeline.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Acquisitions and Finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting is advantageous.

• An MBA is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.

• Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and analyzing multifamily/apartment/affordable housing real estate opportunities.

• Experience in quantitative evaluations and/or analysis using spreadsheets (return on investment, cash flow, net operating income).

• Advanced Excel modeling skills are necessary.

• Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• A strong desire to excel and the capability to work effectively with minimal supervision while collaborating in a team setting.

• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work suitable for internal and external distribution under tight deadlines with little oversight.
