MS Dynamics Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and design comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both) that align with business needs.

• Facilitate solution design workshops, converting functional requirements into scalable technical architectures.

• Define strategies for integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (Azure, APIs, third-party platforms).

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

• Supervise the customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 environments in accordance with best practices.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards.

• Offer technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate and validate solution design, code, and architecture to ensure quality and maintainability.

• Assist in deployment strategies, DevOps processes, and environment management.

• Keep abreast of innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem and suggest enhancements or optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Demonstrated experience in solution design or architecture roles within Dynamics environments.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and their capabilities.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with integration patterns and enterprise architecture.

• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure) are mandatory.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.

• Experience working with U.S. clients is essential.
