This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversees program adherence to accreditation policies during periodic assessments
• Conducts thorough evaluations of psychology program compliance reports
• Offers guidance on the Standards of Accreditation (SoA)
• Acts as a pivotal leader in CoA meetings
• Drafts comprehensive correspondence regarding feedback on accreditation decision outcomes
• Works with an understanding of the confidential nature of accreditation-related information
• Delivers extensive technical support and troubleshooting through a deep understanding of all pertinent technical systems
• Cultivates, maintains, and utilizes extensive knowledge of accreditation standards, policies, and procedures
• Provides direct assistance to the CoA during the Commission's program evaluation meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of general office experience that involved decision-making, critical thinking, and showcasing sound judgment
• Exceptional formal writing capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with APA formatting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferred experience with database systems and customer service
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and services is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to operate effectively in online, database-driven ecosystems
