This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Transform product requirements into comprehensive architectural documents and diagrams.

• Keep architectural documents up-to-date to accurately represent the current state of the application.

• Make informed architectural decisions regarding the addition of features to applications.

• Ensure that the architectural approach of an application aligns with the strategic goals of the product.

• Conduct code reviews to promote effective code engineering practices.

• Guarantee that applications are developed using the best practices in software engineering.

• Oversee the stability and reliability of products within your responsibility.

• Establish and implement processes that enhance developer efficiency and productivity.

• Engage in the recruitment process for new engineering hires.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in system design, architecture, and development.

• Proficiency in native mobile development using Flutter/Dart, Android/Java, and iOS/Swift.

• Experience in software development with a strong foundation in the Java Programming Language.

• Knowledge of software quality assurance principles.

• A technical mindset accompanied by meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
