Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and challenges.

• Convert findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver innovative solutions.

• Design consistent, scalable UI components and establish design systems.

• Ensure that designs are in line with business objectives, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.

• Partner with developers to guarantee accurate design handoff and implementation.

• Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

• Mentor junior designers and play a role in enhancing design processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.

• A strong portfolio that showcases comprehensive design work (from research to final visuals).

• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch).

• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience in working on both web and mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

• Excellent English language and communication skills.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.

• Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage.
